they called stating that i have three bad check and will be going to court, but were unaible to give me any copies of the claim or the address were they are located.

Caller ID shows they called me at 1:20pm and 3:00pm EST on October 28. I did not answer and they did not leave a message.

Didn't pick up as I don't know who this was; they didn't leave a message.

Calls two to four times each morning.No message lft on answerer.

Person said that they were with Office Depot. Then asked me a few questions, was a part of the rewards program...what kind of paper do i usually order. I told him that if he was with OD he would know that information. He said, "You are very correct ma'am hang on a sec and let me look that information up..." Then he hung up on me. SURE its really an OD number.

I receive phone calls from this number at least 4-5 times a day.

caller wants $1500 to send $3Million by FEDEX.

These people have called me several times. I have an answering machine, so I always say if it is someone I know, they should leave a message. Otherwise, DO NOT CALL ME.

I received a call from a caller nameed Bernice. She claimed that I had an open invoice from UPS for a shipment to from China. At first a recording came out which did not sound like UPS since the recording was in english and spanish. I pressed #1 to speak to a representative when a lady came on the phone by the name of Anaida. She told me that I owed and invoice. When i stated that i do not deal with import or export she automatically stated that an adjustment was made. Please be aware of such phone call. I dont think it was a legitimate call

He said he was from crime and investigation and that i had committed fraud. wants me to call him today if not i will be arrested

This person has a foreign accent and said that I or my attorney needed to call back immediately or there would be consequences. He did not say what it was about. He did make threats in regards to arrest and/or taking to court. I've had calls like this in the past, but from different numbers and always the person had a foreign accent. I've reported these calls several times to FCC and to my state agency, but nothing happens.

they said some bs that they need to hear from me by 6pm to make some kind of a decision.
